Welcome to my site. I am an impassioned speaker, writer, poetic storyteller, aiming to influence social change by raising awareness of positive mental well-being practices. I lead and nurture compassionate mental well-being rituals aimed at helping individuals work through loss and distress in their lives, so they may reach happier and more fulfilled states. I also work with organizations to cultivate and communicate their voice and mental well-being practices, so that their environments, both inside and outside the work-space, may thrive for customers and employees alike.
My life path has been unique. I worked for Fortune 500 companies, top 10 leading global brands as a Branding Expert, then side-stepped my career in Marketing to become a singer-songwriter, touring across the country, recording abroad and self-publishing my songs in TV and Films internationally.
I have spent all of my adult life caring for family members who live with mental illnesses. So it is with this greater depth and understanding, that I aim to open people’s hearts and minds. I explore and elevate compassionate views for those affected by mental illness, crushing the stigma, while focusing on promoting mental well-being through self-care & self-compassion daily rituals.
